Chanakya software has been implemented in UPPWD forreal time monitoring of physical and financial progress of all the ongoing works by departmental officials at all levels. It has tools to record periodic execution of quantity of any item included in Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of the agreement, and on the basis of item rates of the particular agreement, instantly prepares Bill as per the norm and format of the department, including all the tax deductions, recoveries etc. Gantt chart for physical progress monitoring is linked with the measured quantity of the items and gets reflected in the corresponding section in real-time. |
